1.At Vishesh apparels pvt.Ltd, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national and international couriers. Shipping within India is free , while outside India it is free above USD 300. We ship in India through Bluedart/Professional courier and delivery time is 7-8 days. Shipping worldwide would normally take 10-12 working days time. In case of delay, you will be informed well in advance through email. Our trusted shipping companies outside India are DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT courier while within India we use Dhelivery/Trackon/Safeexpress etc.(You can choose which ever delivery you would like.)
2. Because each Cloth process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times. Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of the product and other factors.
3. Our courier partners usually deliver the shipment anytime between working days from Monday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm. However, working days exclude Sundays & public holidays. Kindly Note, Express shipping means 2-3 days time to ship +(1-2 days of delivery time), while one day delivery means we dispatch the product on the same day or next day, if its not a public holiday on one delivery via bluedart service) which is chargeable; Please Contact us on whatsapp before placing an order on One day delivery.
Cancellations
We will be able to accept your requests for any change, modifications or cancellation of order any time before we ship your order. However, we cannot register or accept any requests for cancellation, change or modification of any order once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
