How do I find my right size?

Every product page has a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements in inches. Measure yourself with a soft tape and match against the chart. Between sizes? Do your clothes run small or large?

Our regular-fit pieces are true to Indian sizing. Oversized styles are intentionally roomy — check the Fit note on each product page. Fit-and-flare dresses are fitted at the bust and relaxed below.

Can I get a dress customized to my measurements?

Yes — we offer customization on length, sleeves, and fit on most styles. Call or WhatsApp +91 99102 21816 before ordering. Custom pieces take 3–5 extra days.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?

Natural, lightweight, and breathable fabrics — rayon, linen blends, cotton, and rayon flex — sourced through traceable, ethical supply chains.

How do I wash embroidered or handwork pieces?

Gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, inside out. Do not wring — press between towels and dry flat in shade. Iron on reverse. Dry-clean recommended for heavy embroidery and lurex pieces.

Are the dresses lined? Will they be see-through?

All light-colored and lightweight styles come fully lined — no separate slip needed. Lining details are listed on each product page.

How long does delivery take?

Express delivery in 1–2 days is available pan-India on ready-to-ship styles. Standard delivery takes 3–7 days depending on your city. Shipping is free across India.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India. Simply select COD as your payment option at checkout.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery — raise a request from your order page or WhatsApp us at +91 99102 21816. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Custom-stitched pieces are exchange-only.
